Shipping / Delivery
All information provided herein is for delivery within Singapore only. Do clearly state your address within the order form.
Delivery Area
- We deliver to your residence and office (local addresses) using registered mail only.
- Overseas delivery shall be subjected to postage charge and any other involving relevant charges (if necessary) as accordingly.
Delivery Schedule
- Items will be dispatched to you by any of our appointed delivery companies within Five (5) working days upon receiving your order. This delivery schedule shall not be applied to any international delivery and it shall be advised as according to the arrangements and with information provided by our respective delivery company.
Orders Made on Weekend
- All orders made on Friday (after 4pm) / Saturday / Sunday will be received and processed on Monday (after 12pm onwards).
- Alternatively, customers may contact us and request to pick up items at our retail outlet(s). However, this shall be subjected to stock availability. Upon confirmation, collection to such request has to be made within Five (5) days, after which, your order will be cancelled and voided. Payment is to be made upon collection.
